expansion? Face it - the Big 12 doesn’t have the money to compete with the SEC and the Big 10 overall, and that money discrepancy is only going to grow. Which means every year you will see more and more Big 12 players leaving for better $$$.

Unless there is a collective bargaining agreement and some sort of NIL cap the Big 12 is circling the drain.
