that the toothpaste is out of the tube. There is no putting it back in.

However, talking to the biggest donor at Mizzou athletics - there is change coming in a form of some sort of collective bargaining agreement which will involve some type of salary cap.

Now the key to this will be what the penalties are for breaking that cap because you know some team (prob Ole Miss or Tenn) will immediately try to pay players additionally under the table.

So the penalties have to be extremely harsh, and that has to be enforced. It’s how the NFL works.
