Who were some of the big-time recruits that we barely missed out on?

Lynn Dickey? John Riggins? Do you remember if Missour recruited Ernest Jennings, the wide receiver from KC Central Kerry Reardon from Rockhurst and Don Popplewell from Raytown all in the same class.? I know that’s all a long recall, but all three went on to success at the college level
