I am for killing Medicare
Making Medicaid only available to kids up to 18 with an exception for college or trade school students

Killing obamacare and allowing the option of major medical plans again.
Your office visit should be on you and negotiable with your provider.
Medical insurance only covers actual procedures and hospital stays.
The advantage is that it takes a lot of expense off of the insurance companies and a lot of burden off of the system when people don’t walk into the doctors office 20 times a year for frivolous BS. When they know it’s actually going to cost them they don’t go begging to see the doctor because they have a runny nose.

I am willing to pay $100 for an office visit a few times a year, knowing that if the system was operating the way it should be then my rates could be more than $100 less per month on premiums

Yes, some logical regulation needs to be added back in.

Hell, even with my insurance I go to a cash based whole health clinic that treats people the right way, instead of just dolling out prescriptions to make money
