than you will actually collect under either cash or accrual method of accounting. Only advantage I could think of would be if you are trying to legitimize cash from illegal source(s), but there is no way almost every doctor/hospital out there is laundering money through their practices.

This reminds me of a Seinfeld episode for some reason.
