when we bill 2 services one of the ALWAYS is denied even though our contract and their procedures says it is allowed. We have to appeal the decision every time and we win every time. THEN, on a subsequent claim they will "RECOUP" those funds for improper payment which we must THEN appeal again and win and get paid. Luckily, not many patients use them so we canceled our contract (which is an ordeal in itself) and put those patients on cash pay and give them all the support they need to get reimbursed from THE ROCK.

Honestly, Medicaid is the easiest to deal with. claim reviewers are put on notice to deny a certain amount regardless of legitimacy of the claim.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
