health insurance billing is an absolute nightmare

there's medical facilities and doctors offices out there that are owed tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars from health insurance companies but are months behind on getting paid due to slow or incorrect medical billing.

Some smaller offices and individual practices are having a hard time keeping the doors open and paying their staff and bills due to how slow the process has become.
