Listening to someone's speech does not infringe on it. It may be a violation to their right to privacy.

Regarding "you are apparently OK" - No. I think I was pretty clear that what you're describing is a violation of privacy.

Regarding the rest of your rambling... "Attempted _______". Again, it feels like you're being intentionally dense, but I'm afraid it's sincere
