the 3 shooting is maddening.

The other team is never required to work hard on D and can abuse our tired defense. Rotating new players doesn't help because it takes time for player to learn to work together and with this many on the court they will never get there.

It is like in football when no matter the score after the first 1/3 of the game if the time of possession is 75% for one team, the game is basically over as the end result is predictable.

He needs to keep his top 7 or 8 players, hopefully a youngster or two and tell the rest to take a hike 2nd semester, they'll do better down a level. Then hope next year's incoming really have what it takes
