where you know the other team is faster or quicker than you don’t just keep trying to run with them only to jack up 3’s with your big guys. In the first half 12 of the 17 3 pointers were taken by either a Center of Forward. 5 were taken by a Guard.
They went 1-17 and the only one made was by a Guard. The C/F group went 0-12.
He needed to make an adjustment and try to slow them down a bit. Instead they just tried to run with them and jack up 3’s which led to easy fast breaks for the much faster team.
It was a clinic on how not to coach.
