offered is no government, and the non-aggression principle holds supreme. If no one has aggressed against you or others, you must not aggress against them.

No government, what is left? Individuals and organizations imposing their will on others. It pretty much always boils down to a might makes right situation, unless all parties agree on something, or at least decide that disagreements are not worth fighting over.
