That was one of the biggest points made when they hired Bieser. There really are a ton of similarities between the two guys. Both plugged into STL baseball as well. I was 50/50 on giving Bieser another season, but it does seem pretty odd to hire a guy so similar to the one you just let go. Doesn't mean it won't work out, but it feels pretty meh.
