new hire or we are going to be back here in 5-7 years.

We can't compete with what we have.

1. Out of state student athletes should be given in state tuition rates.
2. New stadium or at the very least major upgrades to current stadium/facilities.
3. Major budget increase for the program.

95% of the people you hire won't be able to compete with the rest of the SEC without these things.
