I dont think this hire is driven by alums

But a lot of alums disengaged with the program after TJ was fired. Bolivar thinks this might help bring them back but a) I don’t know if it will, KJ was only here 4 (very bad) years, and b) short of about 3 notable alums I’m not sure why it really matters if alums are still holding a grudge 7 years later. That’s on them at this point.
