get a 5* recruit. You are now moving the goalpost to help fit your narrative.

"legalized but not enough time to take off".

Bottom line, he's had 2 recruiting classes while NIL is in play and one was top 20 and the other #30. There is no way to determine if his recruiting is inversely correlated to NIL or not at this time.
