Name them. If they had committed, there would be signed contracts and a PR release. I don't believe they have any. This is a pie in the sky project without any existing business. Within 5 years after opening, most or all of the space will be vacant. They came to St. Louis instead of Nashville because they couldn't get other people's money in Tennessee. Nashville wouldn't pony up because they don't need to.

I hope I'm wrong here for St. Louis' sake, but I'm not.
