was a complete waste & a stupid idea. It was a dumb as **** idea. I never understood what the hell Joe Edwards was doing with that boondoggle. I hated it from the beginning.

This music/film studio is the total opposite of that. It creates 100s of high paying, professional jobs, brings in a lot of outside revenue & adds more business to Spirit, while expanding an already hot developing area.

It will also bring a lot of ancillary businesses & business activity that previously did not exist, while developing a foothold in a industry that been previously relatively small scale in the region & state.

This a slam dunk, grand slam idea!
