In this case, literally. Construction is now underway on the largest music, film & tv production services & rehearsal faculty in the country in St. Louis (Chesterfield):

When complete, the 32-acre project will be the largest production services and rehearsal facility of its kind in the country & world as has been reported for awhile now. The project will include a hotel and four studios that will accommodate the development and creation of arena-size & stadium tours, movie and television productions as well as corporate events. The development will employ more than 100 music and production professionals upon completion and see the manufacturing, building, testing and launching of globally touring musical acts and movies. It is slated to open for the first quarter of 2023.

Could be some great, one of kind pre tour jams by a lot the big acts just down the road 5 minutes away at The Factory - the new state of the art concert venue in Chesterfield Valley. Might be shopping or eating next to Dave Grohl, Bono, Justin Timberlake, Beyoncé, Billie Eilish, Shakira, Bruce Willis, Jennifer Lawrence, Will Smith, Emily Blunt Mark Wahlberg (already saw him once in Chesterfield Valley one time) or some other big name(s) in music/film soon when your in the Valley 😎.
