No, not even close. You're trying way too hard. Nobody nationally talks about St. Louis and its food much at all, except to make fun of the pizza (which I still love, by the way).

What contracts have been signed to guaranty anybody will do business there? Maybe they'll grab a few, but enough to make this a huge success? Big risk with no guarantees.
