their election laws that were on the books. There are no Covid exceptions to those laws. The changes made across the country were often in direct violation of existing ejection laws.

I don't care for many of the changes that make it 'easier'. But if the states and localities make those changes according to their constitutions then I have no problem with them. But the US Constitution identifies some limits on who may vote, any state ignoring those limits are violating the rights of their citizens and possibly those of other states.
