the establishment of a VOTING system, with the intention of the natural born and naturalized citizens being engaged in the democratic Republic through their regular participation and support of VOTING to place citizens in office, to lead, guide, and establish necessary laws for the good of all. While flawed in their understanding, their overall intent was for good.
