which simply says:
"All states shall require the same type of proof to register to vote as is required in their state to obtain a driver's license, or a state identification card; and a valid driver's license with a photo, or a state identification card, or a valid passport with a photo; shall be presented in person, or a notarized copy of the same when voting absentee, or from home, or a care facility, in order to vote for President of the United States, and all voters shall sign a form swearing they are the person identified on the identification card, that they are a born or naturalized citizen of the United States, and that they live where they are voting, are legally registered to vote where they are voting, and have not previously voted in the same election.
Congress shall set aside money to pay for notarization of necessary documents in order to register to vote, which fees shall be dispersed by the several states at a single fixed amount for all.
It shall be a felony to obtain registration by fraud, and/or to vote more than once in any election."
Yes, No, with a particular change.
