That's a huge understatement. And it would "probably" be too soon to hire him? What?
This is his first season as a head coach. He hasn't coached a single game yet. There is so much that he has to prove before he is ready for some P5 school to take a chance on him. He's one to watch for sure, and I hope he does well, but he needs to be watched for a couple of years (or more) before he will be proven ready to take over a P5 program.
Funny how you and others consider him superior to CM when the guy hasn't even coached a game yet. Maybe he will be a better coach, maybe he won't. But to list him as a possible candidate at this point is just ridiculous.
