shifts harm from lawsuits, usually regardless of how they come about, from one party to another. In that case, Kroenke is the one on the hook.

And think about why the NFL wanted an indemnity agreement...this was viewed as a risky move even before it was done. Which is why Kroenke agreed to indemnify the NFL. He went big and he might pay big for that greed.
