Not sure I agree that top 100 doesn't really matter

Having a roster of predominantly top 100 recruits is rather imperative to thriving in the SEC. There is too much athleticism in the other programs to realistically thrive without at least that caliber of talent.
Sure you can't only have guys in the 80-100 range and need some high end guys too. But not having most of your roster at least at that level will cause some serious depth and rotation issues most likely.
