Getting this 5-star top 10 recruit to campus for an official visit is impressive. Not counting Michael Porter, when's the last time we had a recruit ranked this highly in for an official visit? Haith had a few top-30 guys stop by campus but seems like most were not official visits.

Of course it will be difficult to close the deal against the competition, especially considering that Coach Martin doesn't cheat and probably all three of those competitors likely do, some with large cash payouts (Kansas is proven to fall in that category, Duke long rumored to, I don't know about the current coaching staff at UCLA).

Or course NIL is changing the playing field. Maybe that helps MU a little. At least by getting him in for an official visit, MU has a shot.
