only matters in terms of who your head coach and 3 assistants are. Spending on other aspects will have very little, if any, correlation to on the court results.

If you are able to obtain and retain good coaches at a small cost you can be successful despite low spending, and if you spend a considerable amount on inferior coaching you will have poor results regardless.
