Building a coaching staff is literally his job. If he doesn't have a competent coaching staff it's because he is incapable of building a competent coaching staff.

Getting talented and athletic players is his job. If he is consistently rolling out a team of untalented and unathletic players relative to his competition it's because he is unable to sign talented and athletic players.

People on here continue to make excuses for him by claiming the reason he can't do his job is because he can't do his job. How do you expect him to succeed with that kind of handicap???

Please explain why this message is being reported.
