surrounding himself with assistant coaches and staff that are friends or known quantities to him? Point being, coaches are typically paid their market value so if one of CM's coaches was so "under resourced", wouldn't they simply test the market?

Again, until I see evidence that CM has been denied something, I'm not buying the lack of resource story.

We have one of the nicest on campus arenas in the country and have just revamped the locker rooms.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
