Based on where Mizzou is at now the answer is no.

Give him resources to hire an assistant that’s worth 400-500k.
Give him resources to hire additional support staff
Come up with a good NIL agenda.

Do those things and yes I think he can run a top 20 program. I think that’s true for a lot of coaches.
