something. Most are per game stats, a per 40 stat looks at how productive your minutes were. A guy who averages 10 PPG but only plays 15 minutes each game is much more productive than a guy who averages 15 PPG but plays 30 minutes.

For a guy who is all about stats you don't seem to really understand what they mean.
