coach "coachable" guys. The successful coaches are able to get through to the talented guys and get them to buy in. Also if Cuonzo is the "leader" that he proclaims, then why is it only "good" kids that he gets through too.

I think that he can't accept being challenged and surrounds himself with yes guys.
