When evaluating development.

These are some of the statistical categories that he improved. You should be able to recognize the ones that are actual signs of improvement
Minutes, scoring, FG%, rebounding. Then you get into some of the analytics. Offensive rating, defensive rating, net rating, win shares, win shares per 40, true shooting %, effective FG %, rebound rate, foul rate, assist rate, steal rate, turnover rate, PER.

The senior version of Tilmon on that 2018 team and that team wins 3-4 more games.
