Nope, he was just one of the executives. That's the extent of his experience in sports.

Delany, on the other hand, worked at the NCAA for years and then became commissioner of the Ohio Valley Conference.

So how f***ing stupid can you be to claim he was less qualified for another conference commissioner job?... You can play the race card all you want but the facts are crystal clear in this case.
