in college sports. And the fact that he transferred from Penn (an Ivy League school) to Grand Canyon raises of a lot of questions.
Compare that to the qualifications of his predecessor, Jim Delany, whose alma mater is UNC (not Grand Canyon) and who had years of relevant experience at the NCAA and then as commissioner of the Ohio Valley Conference before getting offered the B1G job.
