The state laws say that a school can't restrict a player from earning on his NIL. There's nothing a school can do, meaning a school wouldn't be able to tell their kids they couldn't profit. The NCAA would have to boot all the schools in all the NIL states, which would leave a pretty ****ty NCAA.
