even with a black local guy, we're still struggling in STL. There are a lot of scars there from the past that are going to take time, even with a guy like Cuonzo.

Hasn't helped that a few of the STL guys we've got in his tenure haven't worked out.

I'd describe the relationship with STL as "it's complicated".
