a couple years as a head at a low-major. But if you actually dug in, you'd bet he's not such a risk. Intelligent guy, charismatic, coaches an extremely fun style, and has a reputation as shot doctor. And FGCU was a mess before him, and he fixed it quickly. It's sort of like McCollum at NWMSU. Sure, it could be risky for some mid-major to hire a D-II guy. But is it really? The guy is running literally the most efficient offense in any level of basketball, and has been for a handful of years now. He's not just killing it because he's got good players. He's killing it because he's got good players running the most efficient offense going.
