by hiring an asst with Mizzou ties. That fizzled with injuries, and he was not able to capitalize on it at all, and has been exposed. He had a contract that fully protected him.

He started this year off by way over exceeding expectations, and then way under performed to the updated expectations. As a result, they look like a failure, and the mice are running away.

His best chance now is to make a run at a lot of other scurrying mice and put together the pieces to not be a crap show next year.
