are only targeting say 20 kids to get 4 per year on your roster.
Football having to target hundreds to get 25 would to tougher to vet out and the black coaches probably are wanting to be that father figure the kids needs but it comes at a cost for them
Sad all the way around. Gotta change the culture. It starts with the music they listen to. If you have listened to a "black" radio station even the DJs propagate the cynicism. Why would black women listen to music calling them hoes and skanks? Again lack of fathers causes them not to have respect for themselves.

The only way to turn the ship is for good folks in the culture to speak up and turn it. It will take many many not just a few and they will have to denounce the many taking it in the wrong direction for generations
