First, there's loads of research to look at on the animal viruses to provide likely approaches to developing one for humans.

Secondly, there are already supply chains and manufacturing capabilities to switch to human virus production if needed.

A good amount of money has been spent on human coronavirus research in the past and it generally ends with the targeted virus no longer being an issue and/or coming to the conclusion that there isn't enough demand for a vaccine to continue development.

I don't know if a vaccine will be found for this coronavirus, but it isn't out of the question at all.
