i have no idea what anyone’s profession or former profession is

the video shows no pursuit

but to one of your points, MIZ45 posted a statute regarding people detaining others who have committed a crime or suspected of doing so. you can find his post in this thread

you talk a lot about stuff you don’t know and can’t possibly know
