Most people I know, when they hear of a terminal disease or impending death say "Oh that's horrible" or "that is too bad" or something like that.

Your defensiveness is again telling and amusing. You argue to argue, and it's ironic your line about "I don't think you even notice it."

I like the dialog 90. Let's keep it up.
