Sure I can call an Uber, how long do I have to wait for it? When I am ready to return home how long to I have to wait?

I do not spend all of my time in the city, as a matter of fact I often try to avoid the city when possible. Can I get an Uber to drive me 100 miles to visit my people in the country? If I have to constantly rent cars then why not just own my own?
