if Pinkel HAD been fired that year.
We might have hired someone capable of winning a conference title or reaching a major (BCS or NY6) bowl game.
We could have avoided the unfortunate events of 2015 surrounding Pinkel and his players, which divided and alienated a large portion of the fan base.
Attendance wouldn't be at an all-time low, and apathy wouldn't be at an all-time high.
That interception may have been the worst thing that's happened to Mizzou football since the '97 "flea kicker" against Nebraska.
