I see you make it often about JUCO and OL/DL. I agree that JUCO are usually lower rated, you seem to think though that it is it not possible to have a highly rated class if the class is heavy on JUCO and/or OL/DL.
I looked quickly at our classes from 2017 on the 247 composite -
USC - 11 OL/DL and 6 JUCO
MIZ - 13 OL/DL and 5 JUCO
Went off the school name to determine if JUCO, I think I got all of them.
We finished 8th in SEC and 21st nationally. MIZ finished 13th in SEC and 42nd nationally.
Just pointing out that you can still have a higher rated class than in the 40's even with the number of JUCO and OL/DL you are taking.
