I think 8 wins is doable....

I'm not "predicting" it, but it is doable.
Statistically we had the best offense in the SEC last year. We did that with a new scheme, a young o-line, a young WR corp and a freshman RB. We return all of those components this year. It is not unreasonable to expect improvement in all phasesof the offense.
Defense is definitely the unknown. We should see improvement just on using the scheme from the end of the year last year all year. We can't say right now what we will be until we see the Juco DTs and/or freshmen DTs. That position is key IMHO.
I'm also concerned about the CBs and LBs, but the d-line play will set the stage for everything.
There is not a noncon game we SHOULD lose.
Vandy, USC, Kentucky are winnable games.
With Dobbs gone, Tennessee is winnable. Arkansas is winnable game.
I'm not guaranteeing we will win the winnable games, but that we CAN legitimately win those games.
