before Odom came aboard. There were (2) DL coaches hired, one of which never made it to campus and the other wasn't a good fit, clearly. Last year was the culmination of a perfect storm of bad circumstances. Corrections have been made and Sterk didn't hire Odom. Rhoades did and probably gives 2 shyts about the hire at this point. He has other issues to worry about in Waco.
