What's your evidence that DH's aren't involved? The odds of

no DH's being involved are virtually zero, especially since the votes come in "bursts" of 30 at a time. If you could see my vote count graphed as a function of time, then you would see how obvious it is that it involves DH's. Normally there are 3 or 4 "bursts" that put me over the top, which indicates that there are 3 or 4 users involved.
