We have an excellent team culture with this roster. Phillips, VanLeer and Puryear are hard-working, selfless players with great attitudes. Geist and the freshmen all appear to be buying in. This roster needs "that guy"...maybe it's Barnett? The table appears set for a star player to turn this team into a serious contender.
